Ohiiiiiiiiiiiiiio

This post is a little overdue but the last week of May Landon and I took a plane ride to visit my sister Casey and her cute family out in Columbus, Ohio. We had a great time and Landon celebrated his 7 month mark while we were there.  Can't believe how big he is getting.

Look at these two little munchkins... Landon and Kate.  They are gonna be best friends.

This is my other niece Norah being crazy.  Her hidden talent is catching lightening bugs with her fingers.. She's so funny.

Such a cutie pie.

Enjoying an afternoon out in the front yard.

My sister Casey and her girls Norah and Kate

The whole Ludlow clan on the day of Kate's blessing.  I love how Lucy is just smiling so good and Norah did that at the Last second.  We love you guys!

We had such a fun trip.  Can't wait to go back!

Landon and his bear AKA "Ted Bearington"

And this is the first pic I took when we got to Utah..Don't they look great. More fun pics to come.  I'm sure after hearing that the suspense is already killing you. :)

Best Mother's Day Ever!

Happy Mother's Day to me!  Doug got me some cute flowers, a workout shirt, and a card featuring Doug's own original artwork!  Apparently I am superwoman and I'm very good at changing diapers. Thanks for making me look tough Douglas!

Happy Mother's Day to all of the Mom's out there....Especially to my Mom!

It's May! YAY!

We got to see my little brother Sean and his wife Megan on their way to New York where he will be selling security systems.  They stayed for just one night, but it was still really fun to have them here.  And I will add that I am really jealous of their tans... Most of my family went to Hawaii last week without me.  Boo!  But it's ok I'll survive.
Look at my sweet little boy.  He's looking more and more like his daddy everyday! I'm so lucky to be his Mom. I love him so much. Happy 6 Months Landon!  :)
6 month stats:
Head: 17"   94th percentile
Length: 27"  75th percentile
Weight: 17 lbs 1oz  48th percentile

Driving Range Time

Ready to go to the driving range.

Every time one of us hit the ball... Landon would laugh.  We couldn't figure out if it was because our shots weren't very good what but it was really cute.

We opened the door and he had pushed up the bill and pulled his hat over down over his eyes and decided to take a little nap

More of the Little Guy

Doug's brother Jeff and his wife Jen sent this cute doctor outfit to Landon a while ago.  He finally grew into it.  It's so dang cute.

Is he being brainwashed by his Dad to love the Jazz??? The answer is.... Absolutely.

Landon doesn't believe in sleeping in the correct direction.  I find him like this every morning.  So funny!

So fresh and so clean, clean

 So sleepy.

Now this is what I call talent.  He prefers his whole fist to a binkie anyday!

These two pictures were taken before church one Sunday.  I figured there needs to be a picture of Doug and I on here every once in a while. :)

The Big 5

That's my boy! 5 months old! I love all of these pictures so I couldn't just choose one to post.
Enjoy!

First Haircut

On Saturday morning before conference I went to get Landon out of his crib and he had what looked to be the beginnings of small dread locks in his hair... I decided then and there it was time for a haircut. At first I was thinking that we should just give him a summer buzz but he has had so much hair all of his short life that I couldn't just shave it all off. So Doug found his inner barber skills and trimmed up the boys hair.

We have had summer like weather lately. So we find ourselves on an evening walk before bedtime. He fell asleep shortly after this picture was taken.

Mom and Landon

Don't you love the hair? I think it turned out so cute! Although he doesn't look like a baby anymore. It kind of makes me sad, but ya can't stop them from growing I guess. Oh and I know what you're all thinking...and yes, that is a pink bouncer he's chillin in. We inherited that from aunt Carri.

All the conference excitement tuckered the poor boy out!
